During summer I was intern in BSIP as a part of Analytics team. I have learned a lot about patent analysis. This internship helped me to see the importance of patents to companies and it helped me to understand the ways that patents help small companies to become competitive in the market and to protect their products. On the other side I learned value of patents and how big companies earn money from licensing. As someone with technical background I find a big advantage of this internship, the way how it brought me closer to the world of economics and make me understand the economic aspects of technology.
My name is Sara Laura Debevec Jasarbasic and I had the opportunity to intern for a month at BSIP in Sarajevo. This was my first internship and I was so fortunate to be a part of an ambitious and incredibly hard working team. I worked closely with lawyers at the firm where I was able to learn first hand about patent law. The knowledge and experience I gained during my internship has greatly contributed to my professional growth and development. The work atmosphere at BSIP was very pleasant and relaxed, and everyone was always very eager to help. It was a privilege working for this firm and I would be more than happy to return for another internship.
I joined BSIP in July 2019. as an Intern in Analytics team. I was always interested to participate in exciting working environment like this, and gain needed experience which is good for the company and myself. I think, that this Internship gave me a lot of insight into this field of study and helped me in my personal acknowledgements.
